Just like ATT get lied to when purchase a phone plan. Best thing to do is pay off phone and go TMobile.
App is at best fair to poor. I receive constant "unable to load" messages when requesting any history or usage data.
Horrible company
Sign up requires you to answer questions, (for example) do you have a home internet plan with us? Well I do not, yet I can't complete sign up without giving them account information for the non existent account. I have cellular service with them, nothing else. They ask you to provide info if you do have them for home internet, yet give you no option to skip if you don't. If you leave it blank it stops you from finishing registration until you give them the info ..
